Hi! I'm Jessica! I'm a twin mama, entrepreneur, and yogi. I used to juggle owning a yoga studio, being a full time mama, and looking after our household. I soon realized just how difficult it was for mamas to truly look after themselves.
As many mamas do, I began by giving my all to my kiddos and promising myself that I'd tend to my needs later. I very quickly realized that this approach was unsustainable. I was tired, I was grumpy and my body ached. Somehow I needed to find ways to squeeze yoga and mindfulness back into my life without having to leave my kids behind or re-adjust their schedule.
As a solution to this, I created fun, simple and most importantly quick ways to seamlessly add yoga and mindfulness into your day, whether you're a new mom or a seasoned pro.
Moms shouldn't have to decide between a shower, or looking after themselves. Through the Zen Mama community, I guide you through effortlessly sprinkling pockets of zen throughout your day. Because, you're worth it, Mama!
